Biographies
Robert E. Spadaccia is President and Chief Executive Officer of Carnall Insurance,LLC. Mr. Spadaccia was appointed to this position on November 4, 2004. Previously, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of USI Northeast, and Regional Marketing Director for the Northeast Region from 1998 until 2004. Prior to that, he was President and CEO of Spadaccia Ryan & Haas, Inc. in Yorktown Heights, NY from 1972-1998.
He began his career in 1972 in Yorktown Heights, NY with the Edward B. Kear Agency. Since then, Mr. Spadaccia has held a series of leadership positions during his career on numerous Agent Advisory Committees, and the New York State Assembly Insurance Advisory Committee. He is a past President of the Westchester County Independent Agents Association and has served on several State Committees for that organization. He serves or has served on numerous Risk Management Committees for several municipalities as well as the Boy Scouts of America, and the Boys and Girls Club.
Mr. Spadaccia is a graduate of Hartwick College in Oneonta, NY. He serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for Hartwick College, and is on The Board of Hudson Valley Hospital. He and his family reside in Somers, NY
